Membership Terms:

• Membership will expire at the end of 6 months
• 100% refund of membership fees once a deal is completed within the validity period
• First four site visits at absolutely no cost
• Further site visits will be charged
• Member needs to nominate his / her local representative for us to arrange for site visits
• Membership is not transferable
• Membership will lapse at the end of the validity period even if there have been no transactions.
• Once a deal is completed, a separate membership fee will be charged for any additional transaction.
